I have made several attempts over to install a functional. And have call thier helpdesk with no success. The app keep showing grey with "something went wrong" error.

I've had Slomin's for 20 years, the app obviously not as long, its been a few years. The app has made having an alarm system even more convenient and pretty much simplified it even more than before. Slomin's has never let me down, not even once in the two decades of having them as my alarm company.

This app was perfect for years until this year. Now it just doesn't work and it has forced me to make a decision. I am headed in direction of another provider because of this. The company is good and affordable but SIMPLI put, there are other options that built their brand off of accessibility. And I've lived with no access via app since the spring. Please fix this and advise what the problem is. The app at least lets me rename zones and refresh panel. Guess thats important SMH

App still doesn't work. Call customer service as per the error message. Customer service said my alarm wasn't sending them a signal.. Sent out a Tech That fixed the problem . The app worked while he was here and a few times after. Now it's doing the same thing. Call back technical support and it started working while I was on the phone with her. Today it's not working again. Maybe Slomins needs to fix this app. I see a lot of complaints in the reviews. $52 a month for this?

This app is great when it works, which unfortunately is less than half the time. The refresh panel gives no information and all customer service can tell you is that the panel has a problem. The app doesn't tell you what the problem is. Not helpful when you are away and need to control the alarm.

Alarm was triggered while I was away and couldn't get app to open my system so I could shut system down. Accidentally left a zone on where dog was and couldn't shut off alarm for the dog. The app just keeps loading and not opening system window.

I had the worst experience with this app it's not the customer fault that you upgrade the system but I didn't get any notification that I had to reset my username and password and I call customer service and I got no help

App is back up and running. You have to call and re-register. They were very helpful but should have reached out proactively. I wasted a lot of time thinking it was my phone. Thanks for resolving quickly though.

If your panel does not show, and keeps spinning you have to call customer service and reset your login info. They updated the software and you need to fix it from there end.. mine works now and issue has been corrected. Thank u

Slomins updated the app and it's worst than the previous version. App looks like a 1st grader designed it. Whenever I try to arm the system to away it's constantly reverting to stay. Both my away and stay options arm the system to stay. I have to manually go to the pad and arm the system to away. Waiting for a fix.
