Be sure you understand the cost. Auto charges for trial. I paid for 1 year from the start, and then w as charged an additional 59.99 for a three month trial. (Double charged for 3 months). This in my opinion is dishonest, and for that reason I have canceled my subscription and requested a refund for the remaining 9 months, AND the double charged trial of 59.99. When and if they do the right thing and refund my subscription, I will update this review. Be aware that this is a recurring charge!

I'm sure it's a fine app, if you can use it. Provided a 3 month voucher as part of a purchase. Skoove insist it's a functioning voucher, but app/website won't accept it. Rather than resolve the issue they just shrug and ignore it.

I had a brief issue of being locked out of the app, but that's fixed now. I've only completed a couple lessons so far, it's a fun way to learn piano.

I think it's a great app to learn piano, so why am I giving it only 2 stars? Unfortunately, the app doesn't work with the WiFi on my smartphone. I have to use 5G, and even then, sometimes it takes a long time to load the app content. It doesn't seem to be a problem with my WiFi or 5G network. This issue is pretty annoying. I'm using the app because I have a voucher for the premium account, but after this, I will definitely switch to a different app.

It would help if you app would actually work. all green light when I play notes but it fails me anyways, repeatedly. Then the next time I use your app, when I try to log in using google, "Error Occurred. please try again", repeatedly. No, I'm not going to spend time trying to debug your app. My time is too valuable. Goodbye.

I tried to sign up using the app it wouldn't let me so I created an account on the website and now when I try to log into the app it says my information is wrong despite it being correct also I have tried to "reset" the password and never received an email despite my email being verified so this app is total garbage doesn't even work.

Beware cancelling automatically renewing subscription is incredibly hard. Could not find a way to cancel ended up deleting account. Edit: Try harder. Finding subscription options is impossible

The app seems fine for beginners. Like other apps, it needs to do a better job supporting people who prefer to use headphones vs built in keyboard speakers. 1. These type of apps should have a feature to account for Bluetooth lag/delay on the headphones i.e. the note track and background music aren't in sync. 2. The app should let you turn up the keyboard sounds (midi cable) independent of the global app sound. The background music is too loud compared to the sound from the key presses.

This app is a great way of learning piano. Some of the early lessons are a bit tortuous to get through, but I can see the exercises are very beneficial, and the repetitive format is what you need to reinforce muscle memory. What does let it down is the note recognition. Quite often I've played a passage correctly, but still get red dots (indicating wrong notes). Edit: I have contacted you about this and you're ignoring me. I have video footage of the problem. You're not interested in fixing it.

The app is okay to practise piano as a beginner but it has 3 main flaws: 1. Your progress is saved locally on your device and cannot be transferred to your phone if you use a tablet (or vice versa). 2. You cannot save songs as your favourite or your "I can already play"-selection. 3. It's not possible to scale the notes to the size of your devices' screen. Therefore you are forced to doom scrolling while you play.
