I had to chat through the driver function to get a hold of some representatives so that I could figure out what was going on with my food and they had no answers. They just told me they had no drivers and that's all she could do cuz it was a employee access only. Well you didn't have public access so that's what you get |
| 2024-10-27 |  | | App crashes a lot. Locks you out. I had it crash once after accepting a pickup. Uninstalled and reinstalled, then request verification code to log in via text. It won't text the verification # to login only via email when you get locked out. Customer order stuck in picked up for hours. When you turn the app off, it still sends you pickup offers. Sometimes, the same offer multiple times. It is so annoying. If the app is off, don't send me pickup requests! What's the point of an off button!!! |

This last gripe makes me cut ties with SC. Catering orders! Beware. It's malfunctioning! Uninstalling it doesn't fix it. When it comes to reconfirm it "toggle" the hour before. There's No option available, making you lose $30-50 jobs. They show you the job the day before. So, the preparation you do to get ready is Wasted 😞 |

I probably only get a few offers a week on skipcart, but they're usually pretty good, at least in my area (Portland, OR). |
