| 2024-11-26 |  | | This APP is like a prototype. BUGGY, CHAOTIC. Related courses not organized in JOURNEYS or even ordered. During NAVIGATION switches between app and browser. Can't PAUSE on slide and properly see the content. Service OUTAGES, not always marking videos as COMPLETELED. ROTATION. Compared TO Apps 4 platforms like Learning, Pluralsight this lags behind a lot. Team: think through how it is actually used by real life users. There are plenty of trainings on that topic, go through some (using this app) |

This app when i download courses, only few downloaded appear in Download tab the rest downloaded courses don't appear in download section. meaning without internet it doesn't load as it says no internet. and soon after that if i close the app and reopen it, i have to again download the same course and it restarts download again. and even though it completes again it still doesn't show in downloads. using 300 mbps. OPTIMIZATION is terrible. |

| 2024-09-25 |  | | It has issues with rotation while moving, it has issues starting even though you have nothing connected to it after you disconnect from any Bluetooth device, and it overrides any other auditory software upon disconnect from a Bluetooth device. When it rotates randomly, it also has issues jumping around to different videos. These items make the software hard to want to use even though the ability to get audio and video on the go is useful. The app needs a lot more work. |

| 2024-08-30 |  | | The app is unfortunately very buggy. Offline content downloads often don't work and the app is downloading content anyways. The weekly Sunday evening downtime (in my timezone) is quite annoying especially if you need to catch up on content before the start of a busy week. Offline content is supposed to be available in this period but it simply doesn't work. Video playback speed keeps defaulting to 1.0x, even though the setting shows the previously selected option. |

I just took a test I had to close the app after every question. Then downloading modules is hit and miss. Some download all the content others only download certain parts. App needs a lot of work. | 2024-07-13 |  | | It is very helpful to have an app to access the learning on the go but feel it lacks in the most vital areas needed. It's all well and good reading and watching videos on a platform Percipio really need to implement a mobile version of the tests. I fully understand the live labs being impossible to access due to VM tech and the amount on the screen. But the test is perfect layout lends itself perfectly to tablets and mobiles. PLEASE implement the test into the app! |

These stupid third party "oh, we're going to serve you up an ebook but not let you download or access it in any way without an internet connection" need to go die in a fire. edit: They responded saying that you can download for offline viewing, which is true, but it us effectively pointless as you have to go back online so you can sign back in every 15 minutes. Wish I could rate this garbage zero stars. |
