| 2024-10-01 |  | | I ordered business cards on September 20th that were supposed to arrive on September 23rd it is now October 1st and they are still on the other side of the country! I will definitely not be using Staples again. |

Each selection from the filters had it go off into never-never land, doing god-knows-what, only to return to grey out the screen and close the filters and eventually just hang. To the point of being basically useless unless you want to spend 10-20 minutes trying to place a simple order. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and restarted my phone. Nothing helps. Please fix asap. |

For a nationwide company, your tech is amateurish. I have seen free game apps work smoother and faster than your app. How do you expect to keep customers if your tools are not helpful. No mortar locations, and with an app that doesn't work, sounds to me that I need to find another supplier and quickly. |

Makes me download and open this app. But you have to have a password to login. No opition to finish the setup at all. Terrible design if i have to use a comptuer to setup the account |

It is displayed right on top on desktop or laptops but with the app unfortunately seems to not be listed anywhere. Could be missing it of course but I just utilized the app quickly to place an order super fast because we needed something that was not added to the ordering list the beginning of the month. |
