Update your app, make it very customer friendly,I find your ads on social media of different products but on clicking on a specific product, I don't go straight to the actual item, the app opens then I have to manually search for it, pick a leaf from Brands For Less App. Very smooth customer friendly app. Find an ad on TikTok and just tapping on it will take u straight to the item in the app. SIVVI, LEVEL UP. 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫

Product return policy is not very good, quick and feasible. No response even after 4 days. I have to get feedback by calling or mailing. Need a lot of improvement in this regard in contrast to other app of Noon itself. However discounts are good and delivery is in time but range like mobile chargers, wires, USBs etc not being covered properly.

TERRIBLE COMPANY when it comes to exchange. DON'T USE unless you want to get charged again. They market free delivery and exchange. But when it actually comes to exchange they will charge you delivery fee again. You have already paid delivery fee initially and they market no hassle exchange and free delivery on their emails, only to realise they will verbally tell you of the charge when you call them. This is unethical on their part. Never using this company every again. Total disappointment!!
