FAITH WANGUI, 2024-12-02Worst app ever. The customer service agents are very rude and do not take criticisms at all. I placed an order for delivery and made the payment at 7.55pm and the food was never delivered until i went to go and pick it up myself at 10.45pm after going back and forth with the 2 specific agents of dial a delivery when i called them. Very rude and unhelpful
