2024-12-12 | Gary W | Using Samsung S9 Plus:Fails to connect with hearing aids via Bluetooth. Sometimes left, right, both. Turning off/on Bluetooth on phone, terminating app, restarting aids, reinstalling app. Sometimes works. Last night I was watching the news on my phone and streaming the audio to the aids. After 30 minutes the left hearing aid dropped. Aids 80% charged. I tried the above sequence. No go. I finally restarted my phone and the hearing aids connected. Using S23 Ultra: works great. Very satisfied.
2024-12-07 | Happy Golucky | Updated a year later: No way to save settings. No way to create and save setting profiles. The app will alter settings on it's own during the day. Example: setting left ear volume at 6 and right at 10, later both are at 10. Setting direction to wide area turns itself off. For a simple app, a lot of attention was put on fluffy features like counting steps, which does not make me hear better, and useful basic features like saving preferences are not included. Still no changes to save settings
2024-12-02 | Tom Davis | Really PISSED! Can't recommend to anyone. Maybe not a good fit with Pixel 7, don't know or care anymore. Constantly unpairing: I'm removing & downloading the app several times a month and pray it works again. $700.00 out of pocket + insurance = never again. The Signia tech I spoke to was very kind, understanding and helpful. Sorry, but it doesn't make up for my continuing bad experiences. [Edit] I've just downloaded the app 7 times in 3 days, app still won't connect!
2024-12-01 | JT Sulzen | Doesn"t work on my phone (only a few years old, Android v. 12). Also wish there was an equalizer option as I get tinny and echo effects at times that I expect could be tuned away by minor frequency band adjustments. Having only an overall volume control is limiting for adequate control. Otherwise, all things considered I guess the app does what users basically need.
2024-11-20 | Duayne Boesch | Only has volume and balance controls. Would be more helpful if you could adjust each ear individually, left, right. Also, filters for noise would be very helpful for these to have those features. Also, being able to adjust for voice recognition, and/or canceling out background noise.
2024-11-19 | Christopher Mehlenbacher | I love the Bluetooth functions of both my new hearing aids, as well as this app. I have 2 things on my wish list: an internal microphone built into the hearing aids like the PHONAK hearing aids I had before these, and with this app, I would like to be able to set my volume level, and make that the default. The way it is now, I have to re-set the volume level every morning, because it re-sets to your default level of 8 every day, and that's just not loud enough for this deaf old Veteran.🇺🇸🤘🏼
2024-11-16 | Rhonda Morris | Bluetooth does not stay connected to the Android losing capability of remote control. Hope they fix this as the actual aids are nice. When I go into the app, I'm not allowed to turn on Bluetooth. Since I first rated this app, major improvements have been made. I love my Signia aids!
2024-11-13 | Renee Fredrickson | The app is awesome but I'm a bit disappointed by the fact that the step counting feature is not being available consistently. Sometimes it will be available but then it won't be. Otherwise I love the app for its ease of use & the ability to change which direction I'm hearing things from & the mask function for understanding a person wearing a mask!
2024-11-11 | J Harper | I don't know what to say about the app. When I first received my hearing aids (about 3 weeks ago) everything was fine that day. I took them off that night, did as instructed. That was the last time I've had both aids working. Connection issues or callers can't hear me or I can't hear them. 🫣🤨 Wasn't that I initial problem? At this point, I feel like it's more of a hassle than asking people over and over to repeat themselves. 🤦🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️
2024-11-08 | Peggy Stevens | This app is the worst Ive ever worked with for my hearing aids. I fight with it constantly to show its connecter to my hearing aids. It doesnt want to show me results on my wellbeing at least half the time. Im tired of fighting with it constantly. Would you please get this fixed. My biggest problem with it is that it insists on turning the sound down when I get texts and sometimes phone calls that go through my hearing aids. I use the streamline mic to get sounds through my hearing aids. |
