The app will not let me past a stupid video. It gives me two options; watch video or logout. And when I click to watch a video I'm forced to watch, which I do not care about, it just spins and loads and never plays. I can not access the app at all and I'm being charged $40 for something that doesn't even work.

While on a call, it would be helpful to be able to still read your notes.
