With the SIEGENIA Comfort App, multiple products from SIEGENIA can be operated via one single app – from AEROPAC and AEROVITAL wall-mounted ventilators and AEROMAT VT window ventilators,ranging to the DRIVE axxent DK window drive and the MHS400 and DRIVE axxent HSA lift-slide door drives, and extending to the KFV GENIUS motorised lock for your entrance door. If you have already come to appreciate the control of your devices via radio or infrared remote control, then you can enjoy a whole new dimension of room comfort with this app.
The technical prerequisite is the purchase of a WLAN-enabled version of each device, which can be used either as a stand-alone WLAN solution or integrated into your home WLAN network. Commissioning is self-explanatory and incredibly quick and easy.

The device regulary goes offline and is unavailable, in my router I can see the devices are connected to the internet. A reboot of the wtw fan restores the connection. Loading settings is slow, the interface shows data from cache before the real data is available causing issues in understanding what the real state is, because sometimes loading takes longer. In general stability really needs to improve. 4 aeroplus WRG units. Feel free to reach out. And translations to english are very incomplete.
Hello. Unfortunately even after changing the fingerprint reader in the front main door under warranty, it's still showing error message when trying to connect through the Siegenia Comfort app. "Device with remote access enabled is unreachable." Only way is to disconnect and reconnect power to the reader, then it will work for a while again..
