I spend hours making my family personalized presents and the work is always lost by whatever the agents say to do to "fix the problem." I'm just unbelievably frustrated! I have 3 kids, I don't have time to waste on this anymore. If you just want pics, great, but if you want to do a project, don't even bother. |

Tonight I just placed an order trusting them a lot because I couldn't verify that my project was correct because it would never load on the final page. |

After finishing a project and trying to check out, the app would buffer for a few minutes and wouldn't let me check out, even after waiting for it to finish for 5 or 10 minutes. The package was delayed a week. However, customer service was helpful, and I was able to get it expidited. The end product was very high quality. |

I have not been disappointed with any of what I have bought (and that's more than I'd like to admit). BEAUTIFUL keychains and Christmas ornaments. I will continue to shop here because you can add a picture to just about anything with this company. |

I selected about 225 pics and it kept giving me an error message for having over 1000 photos selected. Just kot top notch as far as the process. All the pictures I've ever received from shutterfly have been high quality. |

This review is moreso for Shutterfly itself, not the app. Projects usually take me 3/4x times longer to complete than I planned but I like the products. What I hate is the misleading "free product" when I end up spending $15 for shipping & handling. Usually what I've created isn't worth what the final cost is. I used to use Shutterfly monthly and now it's yearly. |
| 2024-10-20 |  | | Ordered keychains... #1 they put the hole in the writing. #2 ONE side has a border. This made the pictures super tiny, and the border is thicker on 2 sides. Order your gifts somewhere else. Yes, I did get a refund. But this was a timing thing, and they couldn't guarantee the "free" re-order would be made right. Now, I'm looking for a different place that can make these the right way quickly. NOT HAPPY |
| 2024-10-18 |  | | Most frustration I've ever had with an app. Everytime I start setting up how I want my pictures printed out something happens where I'm kicked out of the screen and I lose everything I set up and even worse when i do manage to finish I add to cart and it only adds one picture to the cart after I set there for over 20 minutes all my pictures and I get done and add to cart and 99 percent doesn't get added to cart. I'm ready to pull my hair out!!!!! |

I can't upload additional photos once a photo has been uploaded...it goes around in a circle showing the photo already uploaded and not giving an option to add more photos. Even after deleting the photo that was upload it reappears again and I never get a chance to use a different photo. Deleting the app cache see to help at one point but then it doesn't seem to work. The solution to add additional photo seems to be deleting and reinstalling the app🤦 |

Ignores chronological order and tries to outsmart dates by "grouping" photos. Auto places photos to one per page (nice revenue for Shuttering). Also because of how photos are loaded it required constant scrolling to the end to move photos to the front of the book in order. So frustrating - I deleted the whole darn thing after patiently uploading from another country while roaming. |
