I was worried I was having metabolism issues as my tdee calculations with the basic websites wasn't working for weight loss and I felt I needed wild deficits. This showed I burn plenty of calories, my workouts do count for something, and I don't have to eat 1200 cal for weight loss. Great stats! | |
2022-10-10 | Alexandros Liarokapis | Great app. It would be a good idea to improve the rounding. Inserting say 75.25 with a given calorie count will properly update the tdee but display as 75.3. Pressing update again will use the new rounded value. This makes it hard when wanting to perform small changes in previous days since it takes the rounded values into account. | |

2021-08-15 | James Harte | Brilliant for helping with bulks and cuts. Takes a good backlog of data to become accurate but you can upload a csv of daily calories and weigh ins. I log daily in cronometer and just exported my past data from the website. Only thing missing is more syncing options. There's a Google Fit beta sync but it doesn't work for me as cronometer meter doesn't sync to Google Fit. | |

I realized my tdee is much higher than I ever expected, and since I'm no longer under eating, my metabolism has gotten stronger, I'm happier and more satisfied, and cutting out bulking has zero mystery to me now and I know exactly what to cut to drop a little fat, and exactly what to eat to maintain. No more guesswork, no more unhealthy restriction. Love this app so much. |
