Have been using for years with minimal issues, like it in fact. But could not install latest update with many "try again" errors. Tried uninstalling and now will not install at all. Other apps and play store updated and working normally.? EDIT : working well again, thank you for whatever you did!

Used to work fine but now it crashes my phone every time I try to use it

Not a company I trust with access to my bank account anymore. App glitches a lot, with many "try again" messages. Recently tried to buy a gift card and got "there was a hiccup" and "try again." But they were actually charging me with every "failed" attempt; they took $200 extra. Still waiting for $100 of it to be refunded. Customer service couldn't care less. Their responses are sterile and devoid of human emotion. Maybe AI? A simple "wow, we're really sorry about this" would have done wonders.

I have been utilizing this app on a regular basis for years. Now all the sudden when I try to log in the app, it locks up my phone and power cycles. Please fix! It's became a very inconvenient issue.

So far a good experience. It does support biometric authentication once logged in.

Normally I love the app, but lately it does not show full pin on the app but does show pin if I chase down the link in my email. Has been a bit of a hassle and definitely will slow down my usage of the app to have to go through my email/Internet browser each time I want to use a card.

Purchase cards or e-certificates as a gift, or for yourself and earn extra dollars for your church, school, or other favorite non-profit. You're not spending $ on things you don't need or buying items that are over-priced. The app is very easy to use. The customer service reps are super helpful and cheerful if you call the helpline.

Just started using it today. There are a bunch of steps to get things set up and going. Keep in mind there are bank accounts, retailers, and fraudsters to manage, so security is well handled in my opinion. No option for my favorite grocery store in my small town, but I'm not surprised. So far, so good. I'll update as time goes on.

So frustrated. First time using app and I expected to get added it to my digital wallet. But instead it shipped to a coordinator. There's no undo and so frustrating to have to now have them pay postage to give it to me. The app should be clear if it's a digital gift card or at least if it's a gift card that is shipped to me or somewhere else. Now it's just a headache.

Raise right is great. I'd give them five stars, but the reason I didn't is that I wish all vendors would either have e-card, or mail to home option. it's not convenient to have my coordinator need to be the middle man and approve my purchases for certain vendors. That is the vendors choice I suppose.
