| 2024-11-22 |  | | Pretty good so far but I only get points for items from the kick list and not for the entire receipt which is not like the other receipt programs, at least they reward based on the receipt alone and extra depending on what you purchased! I also wish I could add my rewards cards for certain membership programs and they would already have access to my receipts that way. But I do like that I can scan items for extra kicks and also some just for walking into the store đź’Ż all in all, it's a good app. |

Occasionally, an error message pops up, asking you to try again. Also, the screen misaligns when accessing the levels. On the positive side, the property ground planning feature is excellent, with high-quality photos. I also appreciate not having to go through the intro screens each time. |

My third and final attempt was rejected the day after I spent over 20 minutes trying to submit. This app is a huge waste of time, and there are only a handful of offers available. If you are interested in saving money while shopping, I recommend ibotta for in store and online shopping. Mypoints and Rakuten are also good for online shopping. |

I never get the call or text code. Have already reset my settings, and reinstalled the app. I have changed my reward choice, too. NOTHING HELPS. I have been doing this app for over 10 years and have never had issues like this! NO ONE ANSWERS EMAILS. Developer answering to email them when I already said twice that no one responds! |

Unfortunately I have been unsuccessful getting my phone number verified. At this writing I have sent 9 emails to support. Still unresolved. My message app works fine with other apps. Honestly I see no purpose in spending time scanning if I can't get my phone number verified. Very disappointed |

I've bought several things that have been in the picture of the offer and listed in the description but you refuse to pay because the bar code doesn't match. It's been an issue for years that when scanning an item it doesn't scan. But now you're refusing offers when its exactly the right product because you have a bar code wrong on your end. It's false advertising to have in Pic and description then not pay out |
| 2024-10-07 |  | | Update 2024 - problems have been addressed! Great app! Great app but problems with receipts! I've been a member since 2014 and have been trying to make more receipt purchases. Big mistake! Recently I had 2 receipts rejected. I had to email support, she credited me way less points than I should have gotten. Emailed them again. Points were never corrected (and one bag of coffee I never got credit for)!! Bottom line: if you make purchases, take a screen shot so you have proof of points!! |

When scanning items there is a symbol which shows which items to scan for kicks. 100% of the time now I scan an item & the icon remains showing it is available to scan when it should disappear. When trying to redeem for a PayPal reward the app did not work for 3 weeks. I complained got the same message over & over again, "there is a glitch and we are working on it. Too long to fix it Finally the last 3 receipts I scanned said no eligible item found & I had to claim another way. |

| 2024-09-27 |  | | Constant crashes and nothing qualifies for kicks. I don't often leave reviews, but the number of "Network connection errors" I've had is egregious. Other apps give me at least a handful of points for bothering to scan my receipt, but this app will gladly read and take the info from your receipt -items, price, store- and it doesn't qualify for ANY kicks. If none of my receipts count, then I might as well not scan them. You might as well not download this and keep the receipts to yourself too |
