2024-11-27 | Stephanie Vega | They dropped me because of their stupid stats, and the app was glitching out, and due to 50 orders, apparently, you need to get higher than a 4.7, and I had great timing for most of my orders. Could've at least like gave me more of a chance to get it higher or give me like a clean slate. I had a lot of great 5 ratings. I wouldn't join them instacart is better. Also, they disapproved of my appeal. I also never got a warning, so they lied! Their loss. | |
2024-11-21 | Michael B | The only livery app that doesn't have its own built-in camera app. It has to use your phone's own proprietary camera app (so no third party camera apps either). The Shipt app already acts funny when anything else is running in the background ("network refresh unavailable" or simply restarts), and the camera app counts. I wish they'd add in their own camera app already because of this. | |
2024-11-14 | C. Bowman | Ok. So this is more for the business side of things. Your target shoppers that use target 360 don't understand that we work basically off tips. They don't tip. Like ever.... so that being said, I have noticed more and more target orders being left because of this. So I think you guys need to consider increasing the pay on these order substantially. The app crashes with slight changes in data frequencies. Super frustrating when trying to communicate with customers, shop, or even navigate. π | |
2024-11-05 | Vanessa Yessa | Once an order is marked as Delivered is not possible to see it and I should. The app had a glitch and didn't show show all items after I checked out a NON-Prepaid order. Substitutes shouldn't be part of the rating. They should come up ONLY when the customer already set it up. Proof of delivery should be a gallery photo. In NYC you should do something about parking time. We need to copy addresses and phone when provided. Call option doesn't work | |

Noticed the grouped orders almost always include a delivery point that I wouldn't mind taking ,and one usually in a different city or so much further away for a lowball offer, which is absolutely ridiculous Grouping getting worse...stop setting destinations in multiple cities | |
2024-10-20 | NIcolette Eisen | It's eh. Some things to keep in mind. If you enjoy shopping at Target, great! That's where most of ypur orders come from. Your time shopping also includes checkout (unlike other apps). Keep that in mind. You only have 5 times to be late on orders (has to be 90% on time for every 50 orders). After that, you get deactivated (even if you have been constantly on time after that and do the refresher course). You can appeal, but doubtful they'll let you back in | |
2024-10-18 | Jo Bamburg | Nearly impossible for orders to qualify in the promo offers, even if it should count they don't. 3rd-party ordering often lacks user friendly area to tip so most are just base pay, it also causes issues with delivery as comms are not integrated well. The scheduling only offers orders within a few hours from delivery so there isn't really an ability to schedule further out or for the next day. Distance to locations not listed in miles but in time. Lacks ability to rate each order. Nice customers. | |

Support is incredibly difficult to deal with and doesn't read your messages correctly. App won't submit pictures properly resulting in me having to return to the customers address to retake the picture because of an "unexpected error" | |

You can't make any money they try to give you all the garbage trips and their card randomly declines on you when you're in the line and then they fight with you on customer service and it takes forever just to make 6 bucks. Literally a huge waste of time but not recommend it. | |
2024-08-23 | Juanita Mitchell | Within the past few months, I've had more issues with this app than I ever have since becoming a Shipt Shopper over 5 years ago. There are times when there is no way to scan a product to the cart. I've had issues with the entire app freezing as well as not being able to contact the customers. Just this week alone, I have not received an order. I deleted all of my preferred customers because I haven't received an order from either of them in nearly 6 months. |
