2024-10-09 | Brandy Yant | I love the service, but the app needs fixed. Recent updates has caused the app to run very slowly and for some pages to not load at all. I would rather go shopping myself than use the current version of the app. I previously used the "Buy again" tab when building my order, but recent updates has caused that page to not load or to only load a few items. I enjoyed the service and have had some great shoppers, but I'm done due to the app. | |

Now it lags so badly, it takes easily 30 seconds for the screen to acknowledge my tap, and even then it sometimes doesn't add the item to my cart until I've tapped it 3 or 4 times. I've rebooted my phone and tried reinstalling the app. No Bueno. It's so frustrating to put together a Large order. | |

The cart keeps flipping back and forth from one of my lists to only items I have newly selected. Not confident that order I execute is what would be received by a store. Typing things in the app feels like wading through molasses, and the search frequently fails to find things I *KNOW* the store has in stock. It takes longer to enter my shopping list into the app than it would to just go to the store and shop for myself, and it makes me tempted to stop using the service. PLEASE FIX!!!!!!! | |

Now I only get messages thru the app, according to one shopper that is the only option now. And the messaging does not work. Making it impossible to communicate with a shopper about substitutions, et cetera. When messages come through for me, the app freezes when i try to reply and I can't respond. Right now it shows "6" messages from my most recent order, but I can only read 1. | |

Along with this, I had funds on my account that went towards a purchase that was cancelled, never saw those funds again, even after being promised I would. Customer service doesn't work with you if there is a problem, that isn't your fault. There are major problems with how they do their business. Other than this, I suppose it works, but I can't say I'd recommend them when there are much better options. | |

She goes above and beyond to serve and make sure I get good substitutions. Now, on the not so good side, I find that the prices for the items are very confusing, especially for meats, vegetables and fruits. Also, whenever I order an item that is "buy one, get one free", they are hardly available. | |

When I call, I get interrogated as if I imagined it all. Last time it was a day after I received my order, I was reordering the same items with promotions and was told I didn't place an order that qualified... um, it was the day before, with the same items. | |
2020-11-22 | Taylor Gibbs | Decent, would probably use more if they didn't mark up the price on literally everything 🙄 so you're paying more per item (no matter what it is) and paying for delivery and giving a tip. Definitely saves more money to just do store curbside pickup. Some people won't mind the 1-2$ upcharge on each item, but as my husband is out of work because our son has covid, that extra upcharge Definitely breaks us. And every time we've used it we've been charged for things we never even got. |
