From the beginning this app has not opened to see shifts! I deleted the account and started over just to find out they still have not deleted my information so I can make a new profile. I've chatted several times with agents to get this fixed. CURRENTLY On hold over 25 minutes... no one has answered the phone. I'm STUCK, they won't delete MY DATA! So annoying. Poor customer service.

The shift key wallet continues to open even though it has been uninstalled. It is like a virus, it will not stop trying to open up the app. Customer service cannot help. My phone carrier could not get it to stop either. Finally I had to order a new phone and manually transfer everything. (I did not want to use the cord to connect the new phone to the old and transfer the virus) All the REAL reviews say the same thing. To this day STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN PAID. Just mail me the check!!!!

Garbage app that some let you go past step 1 (seeing if there are even shifts in your area) without either downloading yet ANOTHER app of theirs, or giving them access to your bank account or card. When you finally give in and try to put in your card(s), it stops you AT THE END, saying something timed out, didn't work, etc. After fighting with this app for way too long and giving them way too much access with nothing in return, I'm going back to Clipboard, and the other hundred apps.
