One of the worst experiences I've had in the UAE. I booked a taxi, entered the exact location, but the driver kept calling to ask me to share the location via WhatsApp. Plus, some building names are not even listed on the app. What's the point of entering a location if I then have to talk to the driver, send them the location, and deal with links not working? It's honestly easier to hail a taxi the old-fashioned way by standing on the street. I had an appointment, ended up being 30 minutes late.

Bus no 8 is a disaster you wait for long hour a diffrence of almost 1 hour and when it atrives the driver goes slow because he is using the phone on the road. My worst experience using bus no 8

It's a very difficult app that isn't linked to Google Maps and doesn't save tracks. Especially when trying to find a bus line. You should take advantage of Dubai's bus service and imitate it for what they do
