Update:11/27 day 2 of app not working... App doesn't work at all on Android phones. Anyone who has Android can't get their schedule. So a useless app for employees, and now they can't get shifts that are available. Thus costing missed shifts for the holidays. Thanks. I'm not sure why our restaurant still uses this useless service. There are too many issues.

The schedule and chat features are great, but why do I NEVER get notifications? Everything is turned on, and several of my co-workers have the same problem - an icon pops up in my notification panel but it doesn't make a sound or actually display said notification the way it's supposed to.

The app worked great for a couple years and then all of a sudden it won't let me log on. I have cleared cookies/uninstalled and reinstalled, shut my phone off etc. No one answers when you call the help line, and any chat options are within the app(which I can not access). This is very frustrating as it affects my job.
