I have this app on both a iPhone and Android. Earlier this week the app on both phones requires me to log back into snap. When I do so, I get an error that says "network is abnormal. Try again later". This happens regardless of I use Wi-Fi or cellular. As far as cellular goes, my iPhone is on AT&T and my android is on T-Mobile. So this isn't a Wi-Fi issue or a cellular issue. This is a sengled issue. When will this be resolved?

From my research, it looks like snap sengled has shut down and is no longer operational. I've had them for years and in the past few years they stop allowing cloud storage and now they no longer even show live feed. Just a smart light that you can no longer access the app to adjust the smart part of the app.

This app worked great for several years and now it will not let me add another snap. App just goes to a black screen. Have deleted app and reinstalled several times. Still not working properly. Have also tried on other devices.....app still not working properly

The problem with viewing videos has been resolved, but the videos can't be downloaded 'without the requested permissions. Open the a settings screen to modify app permissions'. What permission?

After June 21 update, the app will not load at all. Previous update had issues as well. App could no longer download videos and kept crashing. Developers please fix or rollback two updates ago. Thanks.

Its been a while since user complaints are mentioned... can this be fixed or is it just rocket science for the server? June 2024 Since this app was updated this month, I cannot view or download securely recordings. Also, I cannot view history, it kicks me out. The system is telling me that there is a bug. Can someone fix this asap? I am still paying for this service... Thank you...

Please fix this. App is crashing saying there is a bug. I can't review my footage. I pay for a monthly 2 day cloud plan. I have deleted, reinstalled, reset camera, cleared cashe. Nothing. I can't review my recorded footage or my history. No one at customer service responds. I have not had a customer service be so neglegent in responding since Samsung's crash of the Galaxy watch 5!!!

It's been great for several years.have 2 have worked great. Then, all of a sudden, the video will not play back the recorded video. What is the problem. After I tried to watch a recorded video, I received a pop-up stating that there was a bug and Snap needed to fix this. what seems to be the problem. your phone number for support is a continuous bizzy. Would like to get this resolved before I have to cancel my subscription. Why pay for cloud you can't use it.

I am unable to play back recorded videos. Also, I quit receiving push notifications. I tried to check the box in settings to allow notifications, but it will not let me check the box.
