| 2024-11-24 |  | | Slows my phone down to a standstill. The dashboard is useless. My phone isn't the top of the line but it still shouldn't have affected performance since day one. Normally I have always liked Motorola phones but I have never wanted to throw a phone with more force than I have with this one. I believe it's the digital secure causing the problem. I understand the importance of the security factor but at what cost? It makes my phone virtually unusable. |
| 2024-11-22 |  | | 11/22/24: I DON'T HAVE THE TIME TO REACH OUT TO YOU! I'm broke. Low fixed income. Older. In poor health. Can't afford ANY addtl costs. This fone is ALL I have. VERY upset this app can unknownly change my settings, but I need it. Lots of apps have gotten my personal info. Some r on the DarkWeb. Can't b removed. Most pricey Android fone I've EVER had! I didn't learn till 4 months afterward. Can't wait to get rid of it! |
| 2024-10-13 |  | | Dashboard page is blank. My husband's pulls up fine on his phone. Been this way for as long as I can remember and I'm getting so tired of it. We both have the exact same phone and on the same account. Why is my dashboard page blank. The services and settings page shows up just fine. And now the account page on the my Verizon app won't pull up, claims it's having trouble connecting. Between this and the constant price increases this year I'm just about over Verizon after over 10 years. |
| 2024-10-04 |  | | Not sure what kind of security and protection other carriers offer, but after reading, reviewing, and toggling on all the advanced options, I actually have true peace of mind and rest much more easily knowing that finally! I don't have to worry nearly as much about phone security. Digital Secure is a very well designed and practical use application that provides a most secure environment for your phone. In today's world, that's everything. Keep up the good work! đź‘Ť |
| 2024-09-27 |  | | I don't know where to start. The three-seven email bursts warning my info is on the dark web at late hours or the fact that the e-mails do not work. I'll open the app and it says there is no security breach and nothing is wrong. If you click the links in their emails that say,"help me in the app", instead of opening the app, it will take you here, to the Google play landing page. Their app seems so critical and important, yet it fails to function AT ALL for it's real purpose. Comes with verizon |
| 2024-09-20 |  | | Forced to uninstall - unfortunately there is no way to disable WiFi notifications. Even though I have all notifications turned off in the app I still get several intrusive, "insecure WiFi" alerts per day. I tried the secure VPN for a week while on vacation and found it to be very slow and almost unusable for Internet browsing. I also had to continually turn it off in order to use gps navigation and Android auto. |
| 2024-08-30 |  | | 08/27/24 Started getting warnings from macfee about items on dark web. Problem. The first page with the green bar shows no breaches. When I open it shows breaches, but no breach date. So I elected to stop receiving email notices. All this appears to be is a sales pitch to install macfee. Which I thought digital secure was. Problem. My VPN keeps disconnecting. And sometimes other services turn themselves off, like safe browsing. I pay for this marginal service, and am looking for alternatives. |
| 2024-08-26 |  | | The main features do not work. Every time I get a notification and go to check it, the dashboard is totally blank. I wait several minutes, and nothing loads or appears. The other two tabs work just fine, but they do not take me to see information. I got a notification that my SSN is on the dark web via email. I clicked the link, and it took me to the play store. Please fix the damn app that's supposed to be protecting me and my device. Especially since this is a service that I PAY FOR MONTHLY. |
| 2024-08-24 |  | | I came here to see if Digital Secure was a legitimate app or just bloatware, come to find out it's actually Verizon. I have a notification I can't get rid of that has been telling me since 7/23 than my scan is in progress. Seriously? For a week? I'm guessing it stalled and probably needs to be restarted or needs continous wi-fi access to complete the action. Tough sledding. I live in an area with no WiFi. The only time I have it full time is at work. It should be finished by now. EDIT: fixed it |
| 2024-08-22 |  | | I appreciate the value of a VPN, but this solution seems to be all or nothing. At work this means my phone completely isolates from the internet because the VPN is blocked. It's very slow to launch if I need to toggle it or change a setting, and you can only manage limited settings for the WiFi you are currently connected to. Google Pixel's free VPN allows me to pause VPN automatically based on the network I connect to, from the phones list of known networks. Please implement this! |
