Have wasted frustrating hours trying to get something to work. Following all the instructions reinstalling, restarting removing apps. Nothing is simple. Turns out that it was VPN causing the issue...wish that somewhere it was written in big writing that these apps don't work with a VPN. |

It will print one file but then when I open the next file it refuses to print It gives me a message that the printer is not available.... Right after I just used it for another file!!
