On Iphone and even Google (only android), we cannot set an Alarm for a future date (Their alarm is limited to only 24 hours (or repeatable in days of week) Samsung provides such nice capability which is so helpful and we can set an alarm for any date, the snooze time, number of snoozes, tones are all so customizable. |
| 2024-11-13 |  | | The clock is 2 minutes ahead and I'm not able to fix it. There is no setting to fix the time. For example, if the time is 9:50, on my phone it will appear as 9:52. I know this sounds like a minor problem but it's starting to bother me a lot cause. I'm constantly having to guess the actual time. And I'm pretty sure that it is just getting worse cause it used to only be a minute ahead but now it is 2 minutes ahead. *edit: I had to install a different clock app to fix the problem.* |
| 2024-11-11 |  | | Too often the alarm function doesn't ACTUALLY work. Literally nobody I was rooming with in the hotel heard it go off when it was supposed to, and I made sure the volume was on. You almost made me miss my flight. But, I guess I should've figured a Samsung app would be buggy. Typical Samsung |
| 2024-11-07 |  | | I've had this app with all my devices, and it always worked fine, until now. I turn off the alarm with my earbuds, and that always worked fine before, it would snooze the alarm. But now it doesn't snooze it, it just turns it off entirely. But even so, if vibration is on, it doesn't turn that off at all. The alarm is broken. |

Sometimes it works fine, others it doesn't, even if the app is open on the main screen. This happens in both our phones, which are Galaxy Note 23 and Note 23 Ultra. Big problem for work, so uninstalled. |

The only way I can access it now is directly from the app store :( I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it and it didn't fix anything :/ I am super sad, as I don't like other alarm apps and have always loved this one. I just want my app back... Edit: It's been months, and it's still broken :P The app isn't hidden, either. |

For YEARS it's been swipe the x to snooze the amount of times you set to snooze, and it's changed to a button under the x, & swiping the x turns the alarm off. I'm half asleep, I've been conditioned to swipe and I can't remember to tap instead of swipe and I keep turning the alarm completely off instead of snoozing. Why make such a drastic change on something so important?! Switch them so it's still swipe to snooze & tap for off. Other than that it's great |
| 2024-09-09 |  | | Idk what the negative reviews and issues are about. I LOVE this app. I tried switching to Google Clock but I couldn't get used to it. I've been using this app since 2013-ish and has ALWAYS reliably worked, followed my set scheduled alarms, played the sound I wanted it to (have to manually check the sound and save for each alarm), and hasn't disappointed me 1 time. |
| 2024-09-05 |  | | I do not like how the snooze button is NOT the most prominent feature of the alarm screen. When you buy a physical alarm clock, the biggest button on top is SNOOZE. I have to set multiple alarms because my tired self keeps swiping that *big X* to kill the alarm instead of snoozing like i want. Alarm volume inconsistent: some mornings too loud, others it's very quiet. I like that it speaks out the name of the alarm, and that (Samsung) Bixby can give me some very generic news headlines. |
| 2024-09-02 |  | | Thought I became an even heavier sleeper. I have an alarm noise that is the worst noise known to man. That single repeating high pitch beep. The 1st of 3 alarms would always wake me up, but I noticed that I'd stop waking up on time. I thought it was me. Maybe I was turning off the app noise in my sleep. Since it is extremely annoying, nope. Tried it on a different app, it works. This app is broken.. even when it's a default app that comes with the device.. 🫤.. please fix it. Thanks. |
