I was stranded in a parking lot without tickets I paid for for 30 minutes, and their only response was that as long as they came by the game start time, I was out of luck! I had proof of their false advertising and still was unable to resolve the issue. The fact that you can't talk to an actual person is ridiculous. I would never recommend this to anyone. 2024-10-17 | Nathan Webb | Update: I'm trying to accept a ticket transfer from a friend. It's for a venue where SeatGeek is the first party ticket provider, so no other options. SeatGeek has locked my account and made contacting support impossible. Their "Contact Us" page has a "Contact Support" link that redirects to itself—to the same page. Lazy and anti-consumer. OP: Great company, but this is an app rating. Constantly pushes spammy notifications for things I'm not interested in. No option to turn them off. | |

As of this moment, I still do have have any tickets available to the game in about twenty-four (24) hours. I have continuously asked for help and there is not a phone number or a human that is able to be contacted. I would never attempt to order tickets from this website again! I was kind of forced to use it to purchase tickets for a show that I wanted to see and when I went to buy parking passes I clicked the button for the parking pass I want and the number I want I hit continue nothing happens I go back do the same thing again nothing happens then I go and look at my tickets and they charge me for two parking tickets when all I wanted was one. 2024-09-16 | Joseph Taggart | This is a ratchet app. Bought tickets and then it immediately showed me once in the same area for $110 less, closer to the stage for significantly cheaper. Definitely some kind of gimmick going on here. You absolutely cannot do any kind of cancellation or refund. You have to resell or you're just stuck with the tickets. Also it didn't offer me any kind of insurance on these tickets in case the show got canceled. I would seriously say buyer beware on this it's better to go through Ticketmaster. | |

Contacted support and they said they had to reach out to the seller to figure out why. They then sent me two screenshots of the exact same ticket. I ended up having to buy a third ticket to go to the concert with a friend. Never one of my tickets. No resolution. Support team is awful... they just send the same email template without addressing any questions or concerns. | |

2024-08-21 | Marnique W | The ticket was legit. I got a good deal, but when it was time to download the ticket, the process was very complex. I had a hard time dealing with customer service, walking me through the process through virtual chat. Calling on the phone was also not helpful. By the time it took me an hour to download the tickets from waiting on help with customer service, I had missed the first half of the concert. I was very annoyed. |
