You could pay a rando on craigslist $60 to build you an app in the course of an afternoon and their app would be more functional and useful than Scratch Pay's. Not to mention they're using some super glitchy 2FA service that spams the user with half a dozen login codes and prompts for hours and hours after the initial authentication process fails due to their glitchy system. Literally it's worse than useless. It's useless + a waste of time. |

When I needed them the most, when my boy needed serious tests done due to old age and liver problems they refused a loan. I found another loan but it cost him time they could've found the problem faster, my sweet boy passed away. There was no reason to deny the loan I always paid on time. Consistent, honest, customers should be accepted. |

But I kept receiving "incorrect code" & "too many attempts. Please contact us." I tried the browser login afterwards & had no problems.. So this is clearly an app problem, not an overall issue with Scratchpay. Don't bother with this app until they improve it. I downloaded it for convenience purposes, but it's useless at this stage. |
