This game suffers a lot of lag and other bug related issues. It seems like with each new update, along with the introduction of new storylines, the issues get worse. The scheduled maintenance does nothing to remedy these issues, either. If Scopely cared more about providing quality over quantity, they would put the money they bilk from the apoarent "trustfund" devotees to good use by improving the existing features instead of cramming more rushed, seemingly untested elements into it.

Good game, needs a lot of patience. My biggest issue with the game and the loss of a star is it's very easy to misclick. Trying to view rewards on missions and picking one with no way back. Also, it loves to disconnect from the network. The least little change in network stability and the game disconnects. Other than that just be patient and let everything build and research. The developers seem to be adding a lot of random stuff to the game but in general I just ignore it unless it's free.

Game screeches to a halt if you have to become super casual. Their developers need to learn from Clash of Clans, where you can still slow-roll progress. This game requires active farming. I've been playing awhile, became casual, but now I quit. This happened when I olayed Clash as wellz but I've been playing Clash casually for around 7 years since I quit actively playing. Impossible with this game that lacks progressive planning.

Game crashes and locks up quite a bit. The only remedy is to restart, but it will happen again. The server will lag from time to time, and it will make gameplay difficult. If everything is working, the game is pretty fun. I have done the troubleshooting and nothing changes. Their Support is AI generated responses that fix nothing for you. There is no human in their support staff.

Mobile (and PC) game client is highly buggy, and every patch seems to need a follow up patch the next day to fix the new bugs introduced. Most annoying, the mobile client does not use the full screen width of the Google Pixel 6, leaving between 1/4 and 1/2 inch unused on each side of the display. After yet another bug that made it impossible to defend my base, I have quit this game in disgust. Even though Scopely said they're sorry I'm having trouble, there's new bugs with every patch.

I'd give it zero stars if i could. Game is marketed as free to play, and it certainly is if you have a few years to put into it. $100 micro transactions are commonplace on a point and click pixel ship game, a constant stream of over inflated "content" instead of fixing game breaking bugs and absolutely no support for you if you choose not to spend your entire savings paying for material packs. Do yourself a favor and don't download

As of day 2, I'm not impressed. The special events haven't functioned correctly from the start. I tap the button and the game shows I've collected the reward but I don't receive it. In addition, the game doesn't even recognize that I've tapped the button. As soon as I play a mission and return the reward is available again. I've collected some rewards 10 times. And like most games they've made it seem impossible to contact them through the game itself. Now I'm going to uninstall it. Good luck

It's hard rating something Star Trek related this low. I'm a big Trek fan. But this game is just... Kinda garbage. I thought it was cool at first. It just turns into this absolute nonsense slog of a thousand different currencies and swiping through menus "collecting" items/currency to attempt to unlock the next thing you need just so you can play the part of the game that is actually fun. When the game turns into 2% fun game play and 98% annoying pointless garbage... It's just not fun.

The performance and glitching and not loading of the game has kept getting worse. Scopely you say you keep addressing the situation, yet it's still almost unplayable. You keep informing people to visit the FAQ, yet you have no way to resolve the issue. Quit telling us lies that it's being fixed or the FAQ will help us. It's not helping.

Great game to play if you're bored. Again, as many people before me have stated: the game glitches a lot, and it always freezes while loading after playing it for around fifteen minutes. The bugs are very annoying for those of us who have parental controls restricting the amount of time we have. The game also makes my phone get hot, and it drains my battery faster than an air combat simulator does on max graphics quality.
