I am having problem that my scmp notifications on the status bar of my phone automatically disappears after few hours (basically a notification timeout). So I keep losing notifications of new articles without opening them. This has been happening since 10 months. I have deleted all my recent installed apps but it still doesn't solve the issue. I am using Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus. Can you pls help me urgently how to fix this issue? Maybe send me a patch?? |

Forces me to watch the same old advertising EVERY TIME I turn it on with my phone app. Can't get to content until the ad finishes. And... the subscription won't allow me to access through my computer browser. I paid fofor it. Online chats were useless. Customer service is awful . Same content avaible on Bloomberg and othe journals. Cancel when the year is up. |

It is very upsetting that for subscribers, HALF the page is consistently covered in ads. There are also compulsory 5 seconds compulsory ads whenever you open the apps. |

I wouldn''t mind paying for the content but the app is so bad; screen freezes, scroll is sticky, layout appalling and incoherent, that I just give up. It's a mystery to me how they could have destroyed such a great app at the same moment they went behind a paywall. But sadly I have to give up and uninstall. |
