App summary

Learn to hold your breath for 3 minutes. Apnea Trainer provides breathing exercises that help your body to adapt to lower oxygen levels. Most of these exercises consist of breath holds and rests with specific lengths — apnea tables or static tables (apnea training based on repeated intervals of breath holds). They are mostly used in freediving but they can be very beneficial when practicing other sports or just for meditation and relaxation moments.

I primarily use this each night for some makeshift meditation and breathing. The app is clean and straightforward, providing I would guess everything someone needs to hold their breath. I've got another suggestion. I play calming meditation music while training, but the countdown voice is so low, I cannot hear it even over soft music. I might suggest adding a bit of an internal volume option, like a soft medium loud to accommodate different listening environments. Thanks
