The playstation stars program is only available on mobile so removing the main feature of the rewards program is unacceptable. Alongside the fact the app no longer works correctly on android, slowing down, crashing, unable to view screenshots from other games unless you open the game and screenshot. scrolling through the saved screenshots causes the app to crash if there are video clips saved due to autoplay and can't disable it. |

And if you're going to end a sale on a day, make it a reasonable time bc "ends 11/7" with "2am" in the fine details is misleading. At that point just end it the day before at midnight. Who the hell can buy a game at 2 in the morning? That's a ridiculous time. |

I don't really want to leave a bad review because I'm not sure what the problem is. I'll keep trying but idk what else to do with the app constantly crashing immediately after opening it |

I'm not sure what needs to happen to fix the issue but it's infuriating to know I can't get on the app of the company I pay monthly. |

| 2024-10-27 |  | | Nothing but issues and disappointments with this app! I hoped the problem was me using an outdate phone with Android 9. Now I have a new phone and the app works worse than before! Now when I try to use voice to text, the microphone cuts off the instant I press it. On my old phone I could at least send a message by voice. This is so annoying. There appears no way to repor these problems to anyone and I doubt Sony even cares. |
| 2024-10-26 |  | | Literally unusable, I downloaded the app and when I hit sign in it just says there's an error. I deleted the app and redownloaded it. Still didn't work. Try it again on and off of Wi-Fi still didn't work. So yeah if I can't even log into an app probably not going to rate it higher then a 1. |
| 2024-10-26 |  | | Glad that I'm able to easily download my clips, but there are some issues with the app. While playing clips, it's incredibly hard to move the bar (video progress) back without scrolling to the next clip instead. The pause and play button are also mostly blocked so it's hard to press it when you need to. I also wish that when you paused the video, there wasn't a big play button in the middle that you can't get rid of |
