Also, as soon as I log in, a pop-up is displayed every single time, offering me loans and services. If I'm looking for a service, I'll look for it within the app, so stop forcing it on me all the time. | |

Plus it suddenly just decided that I can't make transfers at all nor use my credit card. I need to pay stuff and it simply doesn't let me use MY money, and it was working fine a day ago. Now I'm stuck in being a spectator of my own account. And excuse you, if I downloaded the app it's because it's supposed to be practical and easy for me, not the other way around. Sometimes I can't pay some bills using this app ('Service unavailable', or 'Try again later'), but when I try another one from competitors it works. Lots of built-in adds (all kinds of loans and credit cards) make the app even worst. Please fix issues and give customers the option to choose if they want to see the adds. | |

The main failure is that it quite often gets stuck in an unusable state, even after leaving the app through the menu . I had to adjust to the work flow of first killing the app and then opening it. Solve this for a two star raise. On the other hand, writing to their contact address elicits no answer, so they lose one star. | |

The worst for me, though, is that I get ads about loans every single day, and I can't turn off notifications because I want to get notified about activities in my account. As an improvement, I'd suggest creating different types of notifications, so I can disable the ones about loan offerings. | |

The interface is easy to understand and easy to use. 2 things I think should get better: first, this app graphical interface does not compare to the "Way" App. The way app is a lot better in it's interface and responsiveness. Second, and the most important: In android 9, it's possible to activate the Santander ID just from SMS. In android 10 tho, not anymore. It is mandatory to go to an ATM to activate the Santander ID. Why? Don't know. Hope it's back soon. | |

Whoever they hired to create it needs to be sacked asap. The physical bank employees have no idea either how it works or how to fix your problem, they tell you to go to another branch.
