| 2024-11-06 |  | | Overall a great thing to have. Can include up to 6 devices. So phones and tablets are protected. The only thing I would like to see is the responses going out. Everything else is perfect. A little hard to navigate at first and to update app on kids devices always takes me a few to figure out. |

I set everything up and it seems like its working but when the down time is over it doesnt give him access to his apps and when i give him permission or turn off the downtime he still doesnt get access to his apps until i turn everything off. Also for some reason, time is military and cant be changed. Anyway i find myself turning everything on and everything off just to get him access and restrict access to specific apps. |

He was able to use everything just fine after that time. My daughter requested to use an app after her downtime. I approved 10 min and it allowed her to use it without restrictions past the 10 min. I heard their customer service is bad so I didn't reach out to support, I rushed to cancel before the free trial ended. |

| 2024-09-26 |  | | so far the only issues we've come across is the app won't let me go from one option to the next without closing the app entirely, for instance if I open the remote viewer, then try to open the one way audio ill have to completely close the app to do so. and another thing is both parents can not access the child's device at the same time meaning only one person can be monitoring at a time till the other closes the app. for those reasons I feel like a 3 star rating is appropriate. |
| 2024-05-24 |  | | Canceled the subscription for this app a week ago, and now they've tried to debit another payment! When you cancel, you cancel! That simply means do not take another payment! Thanks to someone dropping the ball on this, my card is locked, and I'm going to have to jump thru hoops to get it reversed. This is why apps get a bad rating! |

I can track it, turn on audio, camera (front &/or back), I can even see what's on the screen!!! Sure it ended up costing SOMETHING but at $10 a month, it's more than worth it! |

The daily usage never updates, it stays at 0. I also get annoyed with the constant notifications every time a text or weather alert, app notification, etc come in. Putting time limits on apps and even adding them to the block list doesn't prevent my daughter from using them. I can block an app and she can use it normally. |
| 2024-03-18 |  | | Used to love this app recently they doing update every so many days and every time they do an update I have to redownload the permissions on the other phone and basically reinstall everything and set it up all over again. It's inconvenient and time consuming. This defeats the purpose of having the app because I could just go through the phone every few days or so. The app doesn't work without the permissions and the permissions keep getting dismissed with every update and have to be redone. |

There are things I think could be done that would make the app better such as; when I screen mirror my kid can see that I am looking and apparently she can see when I connect through the camera. Also when she makes a call I cannot hear anything. Finally I only get incoming texts not outgoing and if multiple people text at the same time I can't see the messages. I hope with this new update the issue with the screen freezing is fixed. |
