I've given this app a couple of different shots about a year apart. Any appointments I make are always in pending limbo requiring me to call in just a few days before my appointment to schedule a ride. This app is garbage and they need to stop advertising it when trying to schedule a ride when no one bothers approving rides through this thing. Some of the people you call into are rude to begin with so an app would be awesome to bypass that but the app actually needs to work! Very frustrating.
I personally have found this app extremely useful on my side of the stick, but I've been trying to set up an account for my husband, but it's being extremely difficult to set up because it's not finding his member ID number but when I call caresource and provide a ride, the number is active... so idk what to do in terms of setting up his app account....
Appreciate the service provided, but it's been very unreliable lately. My son has therapy 4 times a week, an hour away, and I typically schedule on the app. My son has a session today that he will have to miss because my ride requests disappeared, and when I contact customer service, they tell me "I don't see anything scheduled on our end." We truly appreciate the service provided up to this point, but the app is unreliable.
