Samsung doesn't realize that, reserving certain phone colors as "exclusive" is a bad marketing, and it's hurting their sales big time! That means that it can be purchased only unlocked and directly from them. Plus there are many people who won't qualify for Samsung financing, which either don't have or don't want to spend $1200-$2000 cash on a phone and will purchase one only through carrier financing, so instead of making the shopping part easier Samsung makes it more difficult and unpleasant!

This app is not user friendly. Also it doesn't keep track of your purchases. Because of the difficult and how confusing this app is I've made several in error that I had to later cancel. After finaly being able to compete the order I receive an email indicating ; We’re sorry! At this time we are unable to complete your order because you have exceeded the maximum number of purchases and/or transactions allowed.

Absolutely terrible. The app is a disaster when it comes to tracking pricing, taxes, or anything remotely clear. Every time you add something to the cart, it generates a completely different price—confusing and utterly nonsensical. Whoever designed this app should seriously reconsider their career choices. Samsung, you can do better than this embarrassment.
