| 2024-11-26 |  | | I don't remember when it started but it was at the beginning of this month my Email notifications have barely been working even with the proper notifications settings on. Sometimes I get them and Sometimes I don't in order for me to see the email I have to open the app let it sync and then I can see it. Never had this issue before. |
| 2024-11-26 |  | | I really like this email app. My only only issue is why do I have to manually go through and delete the trash! That is such a headache there should just be one button for me to delete all the emails in the trash versus me having to only delete 500 emails at a time! It already takes forever to move emails to the trash then I have to manually delete them once they are in the trash! I think that is an arduous headache and y'all should fix that! |
| 2024-11-25 |  | | Rmails disappearing! I had to uninstall/reinstall due to the app continuously trying and failing to send an email. I couldn't cancel it, even after restarting my phone, so I continued to get an icon. Hence reinstalled. But NOW all of my emails are disappearing after 2 days. I can do a search and they show upisted under my inbox, but I cannot move them or do any actions. When I exit the search, they are gone. I have it set to sync automatically and don't see any other settings that may cause this |

I have a small business and I rely on this email app because it has been so trust worthy. But now I fear that my clients are getting mass emails and samsung email doesn't tell me what emails are being sent or to whom its sending to. Also, getting the bad notification every 2 hours, which is the max setting sucks. |

I didn't make any changes to the app settings. It used to work before. Everything else in the app works fine and it's a good app. I like it much better than Google mail app. |

I get close to 100 or more emails a day, and I have some dating back as far as 2011. It is a lot of data to search through. So it's understandable in my opinion that it would start to freeze up a bit. |

This happens in my spam folder and the Trash folder. ASKING SAMSUNG FOR HELP IS COMPLETEY USELESS. THEY SEEM TO WANT ME TO TELL THEM HOW TO FIX THEIR PROBLEM BY SENDING SCREENSHOTS. Extremely inconvenient when I'm trying to find something like an airplane reservation or a ticket that I purchased. Makes absolutely no sense why they would make this change. You have the option to "search older email" but that takes a long time and it doesn't always work. |

Don't need to be showed in conversation view who was copied on emails on every single one unless I ask to see it. More important to see the email conversation and then if I need to see who is copied I would then have the option. Highly disruptive currently. Why does mail app hold your email in the outbox until you've added a message? Just trying to email myself some photos for work and held in outbox? Genius? No |
| 2024-11-05 |  | | Samsung Mail user 4 many years. It stinks. I've sent a ridiculous amt of requests 4 enhancements, bug fixes, & UI issues. Why can't we set a DEFAULT: Font, size, color, type, style, or add fonts? Why can't we do basic paragraph editing like indentation, text insertion, or line spacing. Samsung listened and I have raised my te view. HOWEVER I WILL NEVER USE GOOGLE MESSAGES. THE UPGRADE HAS COMPLETELY TRASHED MY PHONE. I just got it back to working order. ALMOST! |
