2024-09-26 | Brian P | They still can't figure out how to make this Android friendly. A burdensome number of clicks to get anywhere, and each click runs the risk of a perpetual loading screen. Often I just close the app and login to SF on my Chrome browser. Depending on the task, it's quicker and easier to navigate that way.
2024-09-07 | Gregory Pratt | I use this app solely for approving change tickets at work. Otherwise, I find the modal series of screens needed to get info on tickets to be reminiscent of a mainframe nightmare. This app also earns my scorn solely because it has a habit of restarting itself in the background, especially following a reboot, at which point it begins notifying me about all manner of junk at work that I simply don’t need to be bombarded with.
2024-09-04 | Andres inNM | Sf provides a lot of very useful data. They do have shortcomings in how the app works. For example, it is very annoying that if I'm looking at a report and then need to Switch over to my browser for info and then back to the report, the report will often reload so that I lose everything I was looking at and have to pull it up again. This should be fixable to not time out so quickly. We need to be able to surf between different pages without worrying that we'll have to reload everything on sf
2024-08-15 | Amber | This app is awful. The only thing consistent about it is a consistent lack of reliability. Pages take forever to refresh, if they ever do refresh at all. The majority of the time my dashboards don't load fully, and pages I navigate to don't load or generate anything at all (whether I'm at home with wifi, or out using data). I literally can NEVER count on this app to find information or accomplish tasks. The only reliable way to access Salesforce is through the browser on my laptop, big let down.
2023-12-29 | Dalton Cook | Terrible UI. Not built for Android. Using Android back button will take you completely out of the app instead of previous page, forcing you to use the in app nav as if I'm on iOS.. If you scroll too far up, you will accidently initiate a page refresh. Problem is, it doesn't refresh the current page, but dumps you back to the "home page" requiring you to navigate back through multiple pages to get where you were.
2023-09-11 | woop17 | Not very useful. Good for viewing and editing basic contact and account records, but the Files app lacks basic functionality. Please add the ability to view libraries. There is also no access to Setup. If a few more of these features could be added the app would be significantly more usable as a desktop alternative.
2023-02-15 | Shon L | It's not broken but needs updates. When using the "Mobile Only" version, I'm unable to access my calendar. It also doesn't allow you to edit the calendar at times. Would be helpful when using "Chatter" to have a drop down menu with different keywords that would work for easier search of a particular chat. This is probably something that is individual based and not a Salesforce issue. Also, would be nice to add multiple pictures into 1 "Chatter" post without having to make a slideshow.
2022-11-09 | SkyFlow Kreative Imaging | When trying to load the application Maps for my job I just get a continuous loading screen. App is updated and so is my phone. It just sits there in a continuous loading screen. Not exactly sure what to do from here. You would think Salesforce being as big as a company as they are would have a little bit better app. It says it requires Android 8 or higher. I'm running Android 11. Really not sure what the problem is. Galaxy S21 with Android 11 should be able to run this easily. Too many bugs
2022-09-08 | Hayden Edgmon | Used this on my work phone. Absolute shame. Despite what your browser says, it's not better on the app. So many buttons and menus get erased when transitioned to the app. I cannot manage images like I could in my web browser. What's worse is that if you want to use the regular browser version on your phone (because it's the only one that works) you have to endure constant work flow crashing advertisements from Salesforce demanding that you download the app.
2022-01-24 | Tiyler Manuel | It's extremely glitchy. I'm constantly forced to close and reopen the app just to get page scripts to load properly. If I switch tabs too fast or if I punch on or off for a meal, the page breaks down. All of a sudden it requires an authenticator app to log in, which is common for apps like this, but a heads up would have been convenient considering I logged in this morning and for the past couple months without it. I assumed it was just another glitch to add to the list. Could be a lot better. |
