| 2024-02-27 |  | | Thinking about removing the app. Listen to several ministries regularly from Google search before the app without any problems, mostly. With the app: Setting up favorites seems difficult to me if they even stay on the list. Search results list only 3 or so episodes. "Work's even when you don't have signal" well not for me. Starting a message with plenty of time for downloads, it usually stops less than half way through, then have to start all over. Sorry but. 👎 |
| 2023-12-01 |  | | I love listening to the audio dramas on here (Paws and Tales, Brinkman Adventures, Focus on the Family Radio Theater, etc.) However, when I'm on the app, and search for them, it says something like could find any related content. But I know they are on there, because I can go on the website and find them. It's not a big deal to go to the website, but I like the app, because you can add to playlists and download, when it sometimes finds what I'm looking for. |

Fix it and I will re-download and up the score for this app! Update...11/21/2023. This app has yet to be updated to work properly with Android. I'm using a Samsung S21..... there's no reason why it should stop in the middle of a program like it does. Using the browser to use oneplace is the best way to access its content.... at this time..... |
| 2023-10-11 |  | | Oct. 2023 update: App has been extremely troublesome. I can't repeat what I mumble to the app. Please fix and make more reliable. 1. Starting a favorite pastoral program ALWAYS results in it shutting down. Always have to do a re-start. 2. Closed the app, re-installed (because it would not run!) and now it won't work at all!! |
| 2023-10-01 |  | | I've listening to the ministries for years and love them. However, there should be an "X" button to shut it down when finished. Thete is not.. Therefore my phone looses its charge because it thinks it is still playing. I've introduced this program to friends and family who have Uninstalled it because it uses their battery up, even when plugged in. We are missing additional audiences because of this. Would be a great addition to options. Thanks! Janet Leonard |
| 2023-08-07 |  | | I don't see the point in downloading this app because every time I go to a different app or lock my phone screen while a podcast is playing, the audio stops completely and I'm unable to hit resume; therefore, I have to restart the entire podcast from the beginning. However, this issue/bug doesn't happen on the website, only on the app. |

I've also noticed that frequently part 2 of a sermon series is actually a repeat of part 1. It's both frustrating and annoying. There should be a notice, somehow, that it's a repeat. |

It often just stopes playing, or if I have to stop it playing it won't continue to play again. I have to close the app then open again. The app won't work if the ph one closes, so I have to keep the phone open as long as I'm listening. I contacted support several times, but the issues were not solved. I'm disappointed from the function of the app, the speakers and messages are great. |

I updated the app....much much better!! 4/4/23 - the app is no longer crashing, but I don't think the issue of the app running in the background has been resolved. I have to use the force stop button in order to stop the app, however, I can still find loaded in the media section of my phone. |
| 2022-11-18 |  | | I love the idea of the app and the variety of Christian teaching is outstanding! But the app itself is incredibly frustrating and needs to be reworked. No matter what I do , One Place remains on in the background of my phone, I've woken at 2:30 in the morning to Jan Makel blasting over the stereo system, often I have to reset my phone to get one Place shut off! Also the pictures and font for the list of speakers is too small, 95 percent of the time I use the app while driving. thnx |
