App will not install after 5 hours. No way to clear my phone of a download with errors. One can only remove an app if it completely installs. I now cannot access the Shaws app for my local supermarket. Maybe they wanted to wipe out my rewards.

A good app overall but one major flaw in their ordering system (and not just limited to the app): if you get a deal like "buy 2 get 1 free" that has brand restrictions, if one of your selected items is not available you end up paying more per item because the deal is broken. While you can specify substitutions the selection is usually limited and often does not include items that are part of the initial deal restrictions so you can't be sure the substitute item will keep the deal active.

The app opens but goes to a page saying put in zip code. I don't know why since I use the app regularly but I put in my zip code and there's an error. I can't actually go into the app and see the list I put together yesterday. It's literally broke right now.

I have a difficult time receiving the offers depending how n the cashier. One gentleman endured I received the offers then the following day the woman was useless and not customer service friendly. Was directed to the customer service desk which determined I had not gotten the deals. I was not guided through on how to correct anything and left without thee savings. I would have saved $30 but I only saved $15. Let's see how this shopping experience goes.

I've been relying on apps like Uber eats and grub hub to deliver groceries, and those services are inconsistent and terribly expensive. What you want is more likely to be in stock and you are more likely to save compared to other services. Amazon delivery is a bit more consistent but also FAR more expensive. This is the best food delivery service I've found so far, the only one that doesn't try to gouge you, and I found to be worth the money

Some updates have slightly improved usability, but clipping a coupon and adding the item to your list/cart is 2-3 different screens. It is also not selectable after clipping the coupon, since the item clears from the list. This requires a disjointed, unintuitive process to add deals to your shopping list. It would be great to have a feedback option in-app to recommend changes. The app seems to improve slightly over time. It's a standard grocery store app.

Horrible app. Wouldn't process my order but did an old one I had deleted a while ago. Customer support was a chatbot that was totally useless, wouldn't let me edit or void the wrong order. I got stuck paying for it. What a scam. Stay away!!!! Do not use this (cr)app. It is lagging, won't let you add an email, Says the cart is empty when it's full.
