Used 1.5 years. Phone freezes regularly scrolling or navigating in Chrome. VM's often un-retrievable unless reboot, goes days without receiving VM notifications. Lost contact details: phone numbers, custom ring tones. Phone randomly power cycles after becoming unresponsive while browsing or DURING phone calls! App kept up to date, developer notified but denies issues are related to their app. Uninstalled for several days, phone worked great, all issues stopped. All returned after re-install.

Run away! Awful, my child was able to circumvent the protections on a regular basis. Was going to cancel my subscription but then I tried to login and my screen just refreshed without any change. Changed passwords, used different browser, etc - no change. Attempted to contact company on multiple occasions for assistance and was ignored. Now escalating to my CC company and court of public opinion. Caveat emptor!!;

App is great for the most part. Hopefully there will be an update soon for the location tracking, doesn't locate well most of the time, as well as every single time my child turns their screen off I get a notification that "the location tracking has been deactivated". Other than that this App does everything I need it too! Will update stars when this is fixed. 🌟
