2024-10-19 | Claire Bridgewater | I have completely changed my view and subsequent rating of this game which, when I'm not being unreasonable, is actually a real delight! I have been enjoying the unexpected strategic time elements I have discovered once one gets further into the game. Very much looking forward to the foretold freshwater version on its way.
2024-07-16 | Sherry Pluche | While I love this game & it deserves 5 stars, I had to take off 2. I recently broke my phone & got a replacement. However, I couldn't recover my game & would have to start over. Support said they couldn't help without that ID code in the upper left corner as the game loads. Stupid me for not knowing to take a screenshot of it. I have to uninstall - I am NOT starting over! I worked too hard to collect the fish I had.
2024-05-30 | Vik | great, if only it kept working. this game keeps resetting my progress, but never exactly all the way back. a species I've successfully thrived? nah, no longer. a new species I've unlocked? also somehow lost to the ether. also, all the resources I spent to thrive that species (that's now been reset)? gone too! why can't this game's saving work? it's so frustrating.
2024-03-26 | Kayla Hartman | Was a cool game in the beginning, and the creatures were really cute; but once you reach a certain level, you have to do a lot of waiting. My device always struggled to handle this app, either being extremely slow, or straight up crashing. That may be a problem I have to fix, but that with having to wait a lot made it really boring to me.
2024-01-30 | Crystal Kapataidakis | Pretty enjoyable. Unfortunately it becomes boring once you get through a couple levels because expanding and getting new fish sets requires 1 or 3 keys. You ONLY get a key (just ONE) when you level. So unlocking a new fish set requires 3 levels but you ALSO have to unlock expansions in order to reach more fish sets and they each require a key, which wouldn't be so terrible if they didn't make many of the "expansions" practically a sliver of space.
2023-09-24 | Max :/ | I really enjoyed playing this game and would play it to pass time but then I don't know what happen but there may have been an update or it may have just crashed but it lost all of my progress and it just sent me back to the tutorial with no levels and basically the beginning before you unlock anything. I really enjoy there games but that was very frustrating and I no longer play the game.
2023-09-03 | MioRi Manning | It's a simple little game. You have to have patience while waiting for coins to regenerate to feed the fish if you don't want to spend actual money. It takes time to move up in the game because of it. Also, my progress is randomly lost (eg it doesn't register that I've released fish) so basically I waste a bunch of time with those.
2023-07-30 | Luna Hamburg | Greedy developers. You can only buy splash cash with real money. I don't mind spending money on a game to support the developers, but dont keep asking for money to progress. I got the first two sets of fish completed without spending money. But the next sets seem impossible to complete without real money. I don't mind the slow progress. But Ive released hundreds of fish in pursuit of enough ingredients for the final fish. You can't complete them w/o money, even if you go slow. It's infuriating.
2023-04-27 | Gretta Collins | Really cool idea, but when it came to achieving goals, there was a threshold where goals became unattainable (ie, "get the seahorse to thriving," because that required specific gems, that I could not get without farming ads. Currently at a stand still, because I'm not willing to watch the bazillion ads required to get the currency to purchase the gems that would allow me to move forward
2023-02-26 | Isabella Loudin | I thought this game would be a lot more fun considering the shining reviews. However, this game is probably only fun if you've never played any other idle game. The tutorial turtle does not stop overexplaining every little tap you make with your finger. Any time you collect a reward, you get a paragraph of text explaining something it already did multiple times. I believe this doesn't end ever. I cannot say for certain though because after trying to push through it for 30 mins, the game broke. |
