2024-12-12 | Aaron T. | I was starting to fall in love with the Web app during my trial. The state of this mobile app has me questioning my need for Planyway entirely. The Web app does a great job of integrating your trello cards and your calender events, visualising your work flow with swim lanes, letting you drag and drop to seamlessly schedule tasks. None of that is here, or if it is here it is presented to you in such a cramped and ugly way you wouldn't ever dare to try and use it.
2024-09-14 | R | They may as well of just made a Mobile site, because their app doesn't function anything like the website. Unfortunate.
2024-06-21 | Amy Creek | This shows your Google calendar and your trello card due date on one calendar which is really nice. It doesn't have enough capability yet to be your edit source. The calendar events don't have full edit features that they do in Google- like adding location or collaboration/ invitees. There is also so way to make an event that exists in both spaces (calender event and also a card item), you must choose one or the other.
2024-03-01 | Bob Dawkins | Useless app ATM. Added calender and member to board, they cannot see events you make, only cards so what's the point ? 🤔 We both have planway installed Invited through the app But she cannot see any of my calenders despite being invited. App doesn't work properlyand shes member of that same group board. No problems with Trello ever, only this extended app
2023-08-27 | Jason Won | It's honestly not working at all. Just got planyway and I love it on browser. Right after I login, I can't even get into the first screen. It just loads for a minute then crashes.
2023-02-19 | Miriam K | I love the browser version. Mobile app is but ok but it is very annoying that the widget is constantly lagging and does not refresh the content. Also a monthly calendar widget would be great. Still, an awesome tool, I'm waiting for future updates!
2022-11-18 | Zuko | Planyway is the best calendar app and I've tried them all. This is the only app that integrates time tracking, a calendar, and project management with a good enough UI. Better than Clickup because it allows you to create recurrent tasks/events and lets you move them around like google calendar. It also has all the time tracking benefits of Toggl but better because of the project management stuff. The only thing that would improve it for me is the ability to see time entries in the calendar.
2022-09-17 | Kishor Deshmukh | Update(5* to 1*): The Google Calendar sync is now removed. I find no advantage of this app over Trello anymore. Original review: I used a similar self made setup which was frustrating i.e. Trello + Google calendar. Thank you so much for bringing that ease!!❤️
2022-04-22 | Drew Overmier | Love this for keeping track of my week-to-week projects (self employed). But it doesn't make it easy to move tasks around. Wish there was a click and drag option, like there is on desktop!
2022-02-22 | Raph M | With the basics you can do many things. Wonderful extension to Trello. However the feature for recurring events is only in the paid version. A shame that I should pay for such a basic feature... |
