What's the point in having an app that only half works? I finally get it to open and every time I try to check trips, it force shuts. It's as buggy as heck.

Horrible app. I can't sign up as I have no customer id. I see numerous others have had the same issue and no updates within 2 years. Pathetic.

Update: further to my below feedback, the app no longer works. It keeps crashing just as you are finalising a booking. App needs some serious updating/fixing. Update it so customers should be able to cancel bookings thru the app instead of having to call. It will also help clear the call queue on your end. Also fix the View Trips link on the app. Doesn't work and the app just crashes. Not much sense in having an app when you have to view and manage your bookings via the website or by calling.

It doesn't accept landline phone numbers so I am excluded from using the app. I hate that.

Have tried multiple times to register my account and need a verification email. No email has been sent. Phoned DRT number and was pretty much told to go away and that I must be doing something wrong. Really bad when you are offering a community a service that is necessary due to poor public transport schedule.
