Difficult to install if not using a phone, lately even updating funds have to do at small increments resulting in excessive fees

Cant get username sign up through app. I'm a new user, it forces you to go through a sign up, but the sign up doesn't function properly. Update: i had to go to the website on my pc to set up a username. It has only gotten worse now. bought this to have a Wi-Fi label printer. If I have to connect with my phone, this does me no good. Wi-Fi should mean that I can connect to it from my computer. All this stuff in the app is only set up for Bluetooth, not WiFi printer from windows pc.
