Beware!!! NO "DATA SAVER" mode!!! The app ate up all my month data allotment. I thought it ran on data saver mode but sadly it doesn't. It means I just paidnforna whole month to wath this app yet, i won't cause it used up all my data! There is also no way to select a lower resolution to even save more data like maybe 144p or 240p or 360p settings. This options would also help but sadly none are available. YouTube has these options. Even Tubi the free app has Data saver mode. Will Cancel subs.

Armando Estrada (Musicman4christ), 2024-11-27Ever since Great American merged with PureFlix, the app has not worked right on any device. I have 7 different issues I'm dealing with. It's next to impossible to reach anyone at customer service. When I finally did, we've been troubleshooting for months. When I reached out to let them know (all communication has been email only) that this round didn't work again, the email inbox is full. I am beyond frustrated. Every form of communication to reach them doesn't work. And nothing is fixed.

Christina Woodard, 2024-11-25What's going on? I am trying to watch the new movies with my family, but the streaming sucks right now. It's skipping. I can play YouTube and everything else perfectly but Pure Flix is tripping. I'm using Chromecast. I have uninstalled, reinstalled the app and it still not streaming correctly. The video and the words aren't matching.
