Its a great services but whenever you have a pack missing and u tired to reach out to someone about it nobody answers not even the email what was sent. I have yet to receive my package and i reach out to someone called Rochelle through email. No response at all. I was told that id get an update. No calls or email from them and its been 4 weeks
