Excellent, should come pre-installed on every Android that comes with Google Play Services. All the negative reviews are invalid since they are all about the default Google app. This app only installs a shortcut to a specific function in that app. Nothing else.

Not working. Opens briefly and then no results. Have tried deleting and reinstalling several times. Permissions are set correctly. Wish they'd fix this app.

It seems not a lot of people understand this app. It simply opens Google's Sound Search, which is a separate app. Form factor and other things cannot be fixed by the developer of this app. They are not Google. It does what it's supposed to, provides a home screen shortcut for Google's Sound Search app. That's all it is. It does that perfectly.
