I have it set so that it shouldn't require a fingerprint until 4 hours have passed and yet every single time I still have to use my fingerprint. Every time I visit security settings, it's asking me to confirm with my other device, which was broken. I've already confirmed my new phone, stop asking me the same nonsense. |

Customer support sends a link requiring log in to access chat/over the phone support. Clearly, since this is the underlying issue, this doesn't work. It has been multiple days of waiting to resolve this issue despite multiple emails. Response to RH: I have already been waiting on a response via email. |
| 2024-11-22 |  | | The app itself is decent.... but I have had multiple instances when depositing funds the app will take double withdrawals from my bank account. It takes nearly a week for the deposit to go thru and be available then have to send the funds back to my bank takes the same time or pay a fee for instant transfer. Customer service it useless, extremely slow and comes across as rude, all they can tell me is that they see 2 deposits made so it had to be me doing it. |

My transfers take time to clear, and this feature allows me to trade in real time. The things i dont enjoy are the constant, in your face, ads for their own product. Like, im actually already a robinhood gold member. It's an amazing product, but why are you showing me the ad non-stop. It's literally thenonly reason they lost their 5th star. |

I have four transactions sitting "in transit" at the moment and it's been "in transit" for long time long time! Not good when you're trying to send family money that's for sure, so I had to give him a star so I gave him a one would have rather gave them zero "0" don't know if New Management took over, if so they suck!! |
| 2024-11-19 |  | | Darn good app! Relatively new to the crypto world, I've tried about 8-9 different wallets and Robinhood has been my favorite so far. Their interface is outstanding; you're able to see Live market data for current crypto prices; you can view returns by total returns or 24 hours, either by dollar amount or percentage. The buying process is instantaneous. The only improvement I'd like to see is hopefully they will adopt ALL ISO20022 compliant crypto. 🚀 💯 |
| 2024-11-19 |  | | Robinhood claims they have a slick UI but the same UI made me purchase options for a wrong date. I clearly saw (and have a screenshot) of a date mismatched with option prices and I was influenced to purchase those options only to find that the contract expiry date was not what I had selected but for 2 days out. Making my options worthless. I have lost the confidence to ever put money in Robinhood now. I will never be sure I'm purchasing what i thought I selected. |

More than half of the time, when I try to sell a contract, the sell goes into a pending status, which takes away from profits or adds to losses. Also, it is very annoying that I can not set both stop loss and limit order at the same time. (You can on other platforms). I have to first cancel a stop loss before i can sell for profits. Which also reduces the amount of profit i can take. |

There is no easy way to know all my positions with multiple key metrics, including daily change, daily%, Total change, Total %, etc. Also I cannot disable the little chart next to the symbol. Plus there is no landscape layout if I want to see more data. 3. There's no easy way to list different entry points for the same asset. |

Their stock alert options are slow and sometimes just don't work at all. The notifications you set up when a stock reaches a certain price point whether going up or down is pointless as it never alerts you in real time. |
