Keeps locking up and returning to the homescreen My tech says it will not work on android devices or my laptop. Paid lots of money for a camera system that I cannot monitor except on TV. No support offered by company or it's distributors. This is junk. My installer even bailed because he cannot fix and no company support. 2023 got iPhone and get no p2p device. No Manuel or support available. Total waste of money!
Super stupid app, on play back, the time bar is to close to the play buttons. Always accidentally it get touched and you fly out of the time you where at. It need to be corrected immidiatly.
Sometimes it connects Sometimes it doesn't. Very frustrating. As of 9-28 had to lower to 2 stars. App is terrible!!! 4/1/22 app seems to have been working as designed. I updated from 2 to 4 stars. Just wish I could get it to work on my Samsung tablet.
