My experience has been a frustrating cycle of endless follow-ups and delays. Despite providing all necessary files and multiple reminders, it took over a week for them to make minor updates, only to find that issues remain unresolved. Every step has required a reminder, and even then, they delay solutions by days, pushing important meetings to later dates without valid reasons. T |
