2024-10-09 | Farshad Ghanei | I read on the reviews that developers respond to the reviews, so I hope they read this and fix it, so I can give more stars. Why does the app not have the ability to download docs (under discover)? I want to download pdf documents, maybe print them, or send them over email, or simply open it with a document viewer that has a "find" feature. That's not too much to ask, please implemet this basic functionality. Thanks
2024-10-07 | L D | The bluetooth key doesn't work for every android device in my building
2024-01-15 | Jamie Albert | Convenient. I don't need or really want the mobile access, I worry about security (no one has access to my phone, I mean hacks), but it might just be something I do need sometime.
2023-10-27 | Peg Paugh | There's a lot going on for an app whose sole functionality is to notify me of when a package arrives in the receiving room. I guess I could use it to call or email the building office, but why would I need an app for that? What would be great is to be able to put in work requests through the app. No such luck. Not a very intuitive design either. Stuck about ten years in the past for app functionality and organization.
2023-03-19 | Karan Chatterjee | Good concept. Bad product. The design for the features available in the app are promising. However, notifications don't always work and it isn't completely polished. E.g. the notifications categories are not written out. That's a small amount of code to write for a better app experience.
2023-02-24 | Bob Stenzel | Not friendly, beginning with 12 digit password, gives away too much user info, not user friendly enough for a tool that should be easily accessed at least daily. Lacks local focus, etc. Check your competition.
2021-03-18 | Metan Patel | Android app on Samsung has calendar all jacked up. Skipping current week right now. It shows the week before when trying to book, always have to scroll. Only shows week at a time.. My building has a rule of two person rentals, wish it showed the # already booked so i am not the third booker thinking im fine. Cant book rn because calendar skipping this week.
2021-01-22 | Andrew Harris | This app was trash to begin with 3spwcislly for the types of services its supopsed to provide. In the past few weeks however the app does not function at all. It doesn't even open properly.
2021-01-02 | Evan Higgins | The app works well enough, but a single issue makes me despise its existence. Once you open the app and navigate away a "Rise Living is Running in the Background" notification persists in perpetuity until you force close the app. It even leaves an icon in the notification bar. There is zero reason an app like this should need a persistent notification. I actively hate opening the app solely because of this notification. Otherwise it's a five star app that does what it says on the tin.
2020-09-01 | Hashem Said | This app has some serious problems. The notifications for packages are nice. I can also add visitors and make reservations. However, all the other buttons don't work. When I click on "Send a Message", nothing happens. When I click on the bottom buttons - Community, Message, Discover, Features - nothing happens except the heading at the top changes. Maybe I don't have permissions since I'm leasing an this condo from the owner? Either way, there's no indication whether it's a bug or a permission issue and it's really annoying. Otherwise, it's a useful app, but half the features I can't even use. Very frustrating. |
