PROs: App is simple and easy to use, pricing is affordable, the timing of pickup and drop-off is convenient, contactless option, they're careful with my clothes, the bags and tags they provide make it even easier, so much saved time, the communication and reliability are spot on. CONs: It doesn't make me any better about putting my clean clothes away at home. :) |
